Can I conceive with very low amh

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have a very low amh of 0.2 and fsh 12. Vitamin d is also very low. Can amh increase by taking vot d supplements? I underwent 1 ovulation cycle monitoring but follicle did not burst even after egg grew completely. Is there any chance of natural pregnancy?
