Loose stools may be due to the action of the antibiotic that you are consuming now. Homeopathic medicines and allopathic medicines can be taken together and there won't be any harm.
It is preferable to not mix allopathy and homeopathy as the medicines haven't been tested for reactions with homeopathy medications. If you do mix, kindly keep an eye for any discomfort or any sudden changes that you feel.
