Can he have sex with phimosis?
My penis does not completely retract when erect and i haven't had sex before. However i have had the opportunity recently but due to the fear of a mishap regarding this problem i had to let it go. Please suggest something which can help the foreskin go back and forth easily without causing any discomfort
