Can fungal infection last for 20days?
Initially for vaginal and anal itching i was given tab. It mac 200 and candiderma cream for 10days... Following again i was given tab. Alcros and canesteon cream and daktrin cream for 10 more days.. I have completed treatment.. Comparitively itching reduced.. But its still present in vaginal and anal area.. What should i do?? Why isnt it reducing after 20days of medication also? Kindly help doctor.. Pleasee

Yes... treatment depends on the severity...Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Hi, apply coconut oil 2times a day for itching however fungal can persist for more than 20days
