Yeh , pre-diabetic lady can conceive..
But monitor sugars....
Preconception goals : FBS 70 to 100, 2 hour PPBS less than 140
Goals in pregnancy : FBS : 70 to 93, 1 hour post meal all 3 times should be less than 140
Be on Diabetic diet - eat lots of vegetables
Daily walking 30 to 45 minutes
And check your retina - eye test, TSH also
You may have to start folic acid
Consult your gynecologist and Diabetologist or endocrinologist
