Calves swollen
Calves very swollen, red and muscles tight at a spot and a bit warm. Looks like a mosquito or insect bit, not sure.

If it's on both sides,not insect bite,give warm fomenting using hot towels,plus a painkiller regularly for 3 days. If not improving in 2 days time,consult your paediatrician asap.
