Lower joint swelling, calf swelling, thies swelling cabt walk more then 50 steps or elz pain starts nerves are been seen on outside of skin including it is turning black in colour

With the description I suppose you are a case of severe varicose veins.You are too young to have them. It would be good if you visit a physician and under go all the diagnostic test he prescribes. Till then elevation legs, continuously doing ankle toe movements and wering compression garment will reduce the symptoms to some extend.
