Calcium supplement in Pregency
I am in 15th week of pregnancy,my doctor suggested crocium D3 /vehycal XT as calcium supplement in 13week,but if I take this calcium supplement I am facing nausea,vomiting,heartburn dizziness,so I stopped for 1 week,is that fine ?I have appointment with my doctor this week

Take it with food , calcium must be taken just after food and not on empty stomach . That way you'll have less gastric side effects. If this one is causing you these side effects , you can switch to other calcium supplements with lesser dose
