Any recommendations? I had a fracture recently and I was advised calcium tablets. Any recommendations for which calcium tablets to take

Calcium supplement normally advised with fracture is not appropriate. It doesn't help in bone healing. But yes it does correct any prior deficiency.any calcium tablet will do.
