I m 20 weeks pregnant and my ultrasound shows calcium deposit in the liver of foetus. What kind of possibilities can be occur if I continue my pregnancy.

I think u mean that the ultrasound shows a hepatic echogenic focus... various causes like infection, chromosomal abnormality can be responsible. It can also be absolutely normal with no long term and short term consequences...
