Post delivery of my first child i have been having problems with my joints. Especially shoulders legs and ankles. If i increase my milk intake im suffering from excess milk and it's leading up to pain and hardening of breasts. I'm a breastfeeding mom and on shelcal 500 twice a day. I need to get back to my yoga and mild exercises but i can't even walk or stand properly. Every time it takes a while to adjust. It's been nearly three months since my labor. Could you please help!
