Calcified Granulomas in liver
During an USG Sonography test in 2023, the doctors have found multiple focl calcified granulomas in my right lobe of liver. No treatment prescribed by doctors as there was no need in my case. Liver functions were also normal. Recently last month i took a USG Sonography test for my medical insurance, the test report were very normal normal without any negative impression. That the granulomas found in my liver is not seen this time. Is this healing of granulomas possible?

Small granuloma may be replaced by body over time especially in a highly vascular organ like liver. Since you don't have any issues it is ok.
