Mri scan report attached , some orthopaedic have told to operate it I dont want so is there any medical treatment for it with medicine only

Get a biopsy done from the swelling. If it's benign and not troubling you much surgery can be avoided. But since it's calcified it won't go away with medicines. Size may increase or decrease with time.
