Calcaneum leg fracture
Calcaneum fracture in left leg, surgery done with 4 k wires inserted, one and half months passed. On fibre plaster. Can move through the help of walker. Suggest next step... those k wires need to be removed. Will it need to get admit in hospital and then surgery??

It usually depends on the fracture type. The k wires can be removed on an opd basis. A second cast may be given till the fracture heals completely as seen on xrays.
