I recently noticed some brownish spots on my 2 year old daughter . There are total about 6-7 . I Googled causally and learnt about cafe au lait spots. Am now super worried if these are the same as they indicate an underlying genetic problem . Attaching pics here for reference . Do these spots meet the criteria for making a diagnosis for NF1? I mean do they look like of the size and shape for NF1 CAL's ?
