CAD CKD, createtine 4.4
My father who is 78 years old is a CAD patient and has just undergone adenosine test and has to undergo angio,however, his createtine level is 4.4, and the dr says that if h undergoes angio then he l go into dialysis, so v don't understand how to go about, the nephrologist has told to stop losartine and lasix tablets and suggested celprotic and told to visit after a week

Yes, there's a good chance that he may end up on dialysis following angio.
Here the trick is to weigh the risk vs benefit of angio. If the risks outweigh the benefits, don't undergo angio. Speak to your Cardiologist about it.
