Yes it can lead to Weight gain and bloating sensation in 2 % of patients ,avoid spicy foods and carbonated drinks and drink lot of water

Yes it can cause weight gain, abdominal bloating but don't worry these side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine.

drink plenty of water. 3 to 4 liters per day.
avoid spicy and oily food.
avoid over eating.
avoid tea and coffee.
eat green leafy vegetables and fruits.
don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
go for morning and evening walks regularly.
do some physical exercises on a regular basis.
avoid outside food.
