Ca lower alveolus
My father post surgery CT scan findings: 1.Post surgical right marginal mandibulectomy status noted with post surgical scarring along operative bed,right submandibular region and neck with surgical clip. 2.No evidence of any obvious abnormal enhancing lesion seen in the operative bed. 3.Few subcentimeter sized (short axis) homogeneous enhancing nodes seen at left lb and ll. 4. Right vocal cord is paramidline with assymetric prominent right pyriform sinus. Currently he is getting radiation therapy. Kindly comment on his CT scan report wether he is ok or not.

First you Complete the radiation therapy, 3 month after completion of radiation therapy you do CT scan, for disease response. Right now CT scan report is good
