I'm suffering from lot of pain in neck and shoulders..I am not able to control it..and haven't sleep for 2 days..please suggest me good precautions to avoid pain and a good surgeon to consult

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  As of now for pain you can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food.  You can consult any orthopedic surgeon at a good hospital near you.
