Depending upon we can't predict how fast cancer will spread. Three types like well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated. Among poorly differentiated type will spread very fast. But we should start treatment as early as possible. Any scans are done. Plz attach reports for better opinion

We cannot predict the speed of spread..
But the rate of spread and chances of spread are higher with advanced stage disease ..hence early initiation of treatment is important
