Test results of angiogram LMCA Distal 80% lesion LAD proximal and mid 80% lesion LCX proximal and 50% -60%  lesion RCA proximal normal and mid 80% lesion, mid to distal stent 40% ISR and aneurism. Pls suggest, should we go for open bypass surgery?
