I have बदहजमी after morning meal. When i went ayurvedic hostipal doctor say to take buttermilk with roasted jeera or to put hing. But why.

work on ur meal timings also. u have to have ur breakfast within 1.30 hours if waking. for eg. if u r waking up at 6.30 am , u have to have breakfast before 8am

Buttermilk with roasted jeera and asfoetida(hing) aids in digestion process. Buttermilk is the best remedy for indigestion issues. Adding on spices to it makes it more beneficial and provide to a better gut.

Roasted zeera and hing help in digestion. Buttermilk is a great gut healer. Morning try and have only cold papaya with black pepper powder.
