Iam 28 years female currently 35 weeks pregnant my bust size is 42 inches before pregnancy it might be 38 inches is it possible to decrease bust size  upto 36 inchesnaturally with exercises

When you loose weight breast size will also decrease but to see a massive change in breast size you will need to loose a lot of weight. Mammoplasty is a good option to consider

Bust size would reduce naturally once you are done with breastfeeding no need for exercises.
