Burnt looking skin without burns
On my left arm, there is a portion of my skin that looks burnt. The thing is that I never burnt my skin. That skin doesnt hurt or ich. Its just there. Slightly darker than rest of the skin on my arm and somewhat scaly looking. I have had it for more than a month now. It's not decreasing or increasing in size. Should I be worried? What is it?
