I have burning sensation while passing urine since 5 months, urine routine and culture tests are negative, ultrasound also clear. What could be the problem?

Dear sir, dysuria can result from a variety of causes such as stones, genitourinary tuberculosis, overactive bladder etc. In many of these conditions the investigations turn out to be normal. A thorough checkup by a urologist and regular follow up is strongly recommended.
