Burning sensation while urinating

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have burning sensation while urinating, and after urinating also, there is a pain in lower abdomen, and have to frequently go for urinating again. I also have this issue while going for bowel movement, white semi liquid is discharged from my penis. I have also acidity issue. Kindly please let me know how to treat this
