Burning sensation while urinating.
I feel burning inflammation while urinating and feel like pee again and again but this is only happen when I feel sexually aroused and masturbate for sometime. I have also IBD and focal mucosal inflammation disease which I take medicine for that. But why this burning sensation while urinating feel? And feel like want to pee again and again?

Mild burning after passage of semen is normal, however if you feel that it is bothering you you should consult a Urologist in your city
