Burning sensation on penis.
I'm having burning sensation on penis and the top most of the penis turns into red. It is very uncomfortable. I'm facing problem during urinating too. After a time period, penis get shrinked and the top most part of the penis from we urinate turns into a bit black. And strictly mentioning I'm not masturbating.
