Burning sensation on my foreskin inside
I have developed reddish spots which give burning sensation on the inside of my foreskin.
They are here for last 2 days.
I have no sexual action and no sexual touch with anyone.
I have attached the image.
I don't remember ever anything having like this before except once when it healed by itself in few days 8-9 months ago.
Can u tell me what is it and why it is happening and what should I be doing.

It is viral infection. Most probably sexually transmitted known as herpes simplex
