Burning sensation in urine from 2days taking coconut water oricitral.please advice any medicine and any home remedy.

Hi Do u have any symptoms such as fever with chills and high coloured urine?? Drink lot of water about 2.5-3 liters per day along with take syrup citralka 2tps morning and 2 tps evening
