Burning sensation in eyes

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I suffering from burning sensation in eyes from last from last two month after covid..it have no discharge & no redness...i use moxifloxacin+Ketorolac eye drop 3times a day for 5 days continue..but i dont feel relief.. burning sensation is still ocuured..plg suggest any medications

There can be several reasons for burning sensation. You may be suffering from dry eye. Please dont use antibiotic without consultation and with no discharge or congestion. For symptomatic relief, start e/d carboxymethylcellulose 0.5% 4-6 times a day.
