Burning sensation in anus. Plz advise.

Respected life savers, First of i salut all doctors who works continuosly in this pandemic. For more than one month I am going through a burning sensation in anus and in penis sometimes. Went to GP and did ultrasound abdomen scan ,  urine culture and diabetes teting,  scan is normal with no abnormality including prostate mass and size.  Diabetes is at starting stage wirh hb1ac of 6.5, fasting 120 and after food 160.. Urine cukture shown ecoli infection and doctor prescribed augmentin 625 based on the report obseevation with respect to sensiti vity,. Frequent urination and burning penis is little better now. However anus burning is not going away and having hot sensation always which diaturbs my routine. Doctor prescribed smuth cream to apply in anus. It is not that effective.  Please advise what i am going through.  For your I am working from home and sitting for long time for past 3 months and had gastric problem few days and now it is ok. Plz advise.
