Burning sensation in anus and penia
For the past two months i am having burning sensation in anus and penis. Had checked with my gp, Rectal examination And urime culture Had ecoli infectionPrescribed with antibiotics But there is no significant improvement. Ultrasound scan is done no issues.  Frequent urination and dribbling after passing urine. Burning sensation after ejaculation if I do it intentionally to check. Even farting it ia burning.  Lot of antibiotics have been taken. No improvement. Pkz advice

It’s chronic pelvic pain syndrome. You must consult and need to stuck with a urologist for better treatment. Lind term follow up with graded medical management required with behavioural therapy as well. Very Difficult to explain in question answer chat box.
