Burning sensation at upper lip area
My wife used salicylic acid face wash after 4 days she suffering from burning sensation at upper lip area and that area changed black colour

Apply moisturiser 2 to 3 times a day and visit nearest derma clinic for local steroid if required.
Stop using face wash.
