Burning sensation and pain while urinati

Asked for Male, 41 Years

Have been suffering from burning sensation and pain while urination and even in idle position also feel like burn sensation and have been using medication from last couple of months and still not cured completely and as a second opinion visited Dr Mallikarjun from Asian institute of nephrology and urology and using Alfoo and Doxt SL tablets for a week. Please find attached my medical reports and advise the solution
