Burning in stomach
Then copy this text: Hello. I was diagnosed with bile reflux and my doctor prescribed proton pump inhibitor (rabeprazole) and a prokinetic drug. I've been taking the inhibitor for 2 months and the prokinetic tablets for 1 month so far. I suffer from severe burning in my stomach despite taking all those pills, it stops only for 10 minutes or so during day then it starts aching again all day long. Should the surgery be done in my case?

[ ] Hi as your symptoms are suggestive of gastritis. Follow some life style changes : stop tea coffee. Avoid spicy food. Don't eat cabbage / capsicum/ don't drink / eat citrus fruits. If symptoms persists then It's better to get a upper Gastroscopy done to rule out ulcers/ erosions/ presence of H.pylori infection. By then you can take tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MEAL FOR 7 DAYS. Sup. GAVISCON 10 ml THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER MEAL FOR 10 DAYS. Report the progress. Feel free to ask any further quaryrelated to your problem.
