I feel you have GERD.few simple things need to be followed. If you smoke please quit.if you drink please quit. Please stop eating spicy food.please stop eating full stomach. Eat small and frequent meals rather.please dont lie down and eat.always eat in sitting position. Please do not go to bed immediately after eating.wait for atleast 2 hours before you sleep after dinner. And please try to elevate the head end of your bed by 15 degrees.finally take pantocid for 3 weeks.try this you will be fine.
