Burning fissures
Hello Doctors,
I had a vaginal delivery on may 20th, since then I have severe constipation which lead to blood stools and later got burning sensation and which now is fissures. The first stool is very very hard and the remaining is pretty loosend. After passing stool for about 6 to 7 hours it's burning like hell and I am not able to sit or feed my baby even. Life is so depressed cuz of this. I'm trying homeopathy medicines since four days and not much improvement. My diet includes only fruits, veggies, veg stew ,broken wheat and 3 litres of water.
Will this end up in surgery? And to be frank I don't have guts to do surgery and even to go for doctor for examining itself. Please help... Will be grateful...
