I m experiencing burning eyes when I close my eyes and mild headache. No redness, no swelling ,no watery eyes.
The temperature is above 40 degrees at my place.
I have a history of dry eyes and migraine and my work is on laptop all day then mobile TV.
Please suggest.

I would recommend you to reduce your screen brightness as much also increase you work font size.
Every 20 min takes 20 second break and view objects far
Take adequate sleep
Put ice packs over your upper eye lid
And start putting eye drop refresh tears 0.5% 6 times a day till your work continues
