Burning eyes

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi All, I have burning eyes sensation from last 3-4 days, initially I thought it's because of fever or something, I did my body temperature checkup and it's normal I:e 95 degree. I am not sure is this some kindof eye infection or what it is. I am a software engineer and usually spends 9-10 hours in front of system. Do respond me. Thanks in advance.

It's related to dry eyes due to excessive screen time. Reduce the brightness of the laptop screen to a comfortable level. Follow 20-20 rule which means that after every 20 mins of work take 20 seconds of break by either closing your eyes or by looking at some distant object.

Next Steps

Refresh tears eye drop 3-4 times will additionally help to solve the dry eye problem.
