Burning during urinal and a fluid coming

Asked for Female, 26 Years

A gum like fluid is coming from private part and feeling burning senstion during urinal. Fluid having colour between white and yellow. Inside area of private part having redness. She feels like fluid first accumulate inside and after accumulation it released in bulk quantity with pressure. She also feels like that she have to go for urinal but when she tries to do there is no urinal...and there is burning during urinal...please suggest some proper medicine.
