Burning after pee

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I feel buring after pee in my penis top and feel like I need to go to uring again. When I take baking soda, I feel relief. No sugar, no prostate, no stone. Urine report is normal. Ph is 7 of urine and 3 pus cells. Urine culture is also normal.
