I am suffering with bumps on shoulders and back and after some its became black sopts on shoulders and back. how to get rid of the disease. please suggest any treatment for that

The bumps could be folliculitis or acne . Please use antibiotic lotion like clindamycin lotion in it and visit your nearest dermatologist incase it keeps increasing
