Bumps on penile shaft
I have clusters of tiny skin colour bumps on penile shaft foreskin. Doesn't itch, no puss, no pain. Its only that it makes that area a little sensitive. Please advise if I should see a sexologist or dermatologist or any other specialist for this.

Dear Friend, From the description, it seems like you have skin tags. The possible causes include friction, genetic or hormonal. In some instances, it can be due to certain skin conditions like herpes, genetic warts, HPV infection. Sometimes skin tags can become inflamed, blood filled or infected. It is better to consult a dermatologist and assess the cause and best mode of treatment. Varad Sexology Clinic (Pune)
