Bumps on face
I recently shifted to Tamil Nadu from Odisha. I think the climate is not in my skin's favour. I have developed very tiny bumps all over my face and my skin has started looking very dull. Please can you suggest what can I do to take care of my skin? I want a clear glowing skin.

This is a acnifprm eruption. Can occur due to humidity and change of place along with multiple other factors. It can b treated bit gradually. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
