Bumps like pimples on my testicles

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have 4 to 5 bumps like pimples on my right testicles which is not paining but I feel irritated when I see it and my sexual urge will decrease after seeing that, I'm worried if my partner see that and feel odd about me. I have these problem from 3 to 4 yrs, I thought it will reduce automatically but no improvement. Please suggest me any medication or do I need to contact doctor? I have no idea which doctor should I contact. Please help
