Bumps and pigmentation on underarms

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have deep pigmentation on underarms over 2 years , i stopped waxing and stuff to prevent further damage from a year ago , i recently waxed ,now there are bumps along with pigmentation I searched alot but i can't find anything which can help with skin of colour safely I want to clear my arms before 3 months , as a wedding to attend Hope to find something trustworthy
