Bumps, Acne on hands

Asked for Female, 19 Years

As per my search, and doctor's consultancy i m suffering from Keratosis Pilaris . But mt doctor's prescribed medicine didnt work well. What can i go for, to totally free my skin from this disease. I have this allover my hand. And its growing.
