Bump upper left shoulder

Boaz is 2 months old and over the last 2 days he has developed a small red bump on his upper left shoulder. Feels like a small boil. His vaccines are all up to date. Is it because of the BCG vaccine? Is a consultation recommended or does it heal naturally?
