Bump at the end of spinal cord
My aunt is suffering from the pain caused by a bump at the end of back muscle ( end of spinal cord) The pain has exists from past 3 days. And it made walking difficult for her. What is this actual issue and what is the treatment for this

Could be spondylolisthesis , however it needs clinical examination and radiological investigation to confirm . Where is the pain - back or legs ?
